Thursday, October 31, 2013 HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION C13-222903 As previously released - On October 30, 2013 at approximately 8:00 a.m., police and other emergency personnel responded to the 400 block of King Street to check on the well-being of an unresponsive male. Jamie COOK, 23 years of Winnipeg was located deceased. Members of the Homicide Unit continue to investigate. Family notifications have been made. INDECENT ACT R13-80161 On October 30, 2013 at approximately 8:00 a.m., a 14 year-old female observed an unknown male following her in a vehicle while in the area of the 700 block of Aberdeen Avenue. At one point, the suspect exited his vehicle and exposed himself however, no contact was made. The suspect left the area in a vehicle and the female victim notified an adult immediately. Police were subsequently called to the area. The suspect and vehicle is described as: - Caucasian, male, 30-40 years of age, tall, thin build, rugged looking face, blonde, spiky hair shaved on both sides, wearing: black jeans, white t-shirt and black jacket.
- White car, spare tire on back, possibly having black running boards.
