Monday, March 26, 2012     MISSING PERSON – RODERICK SINCLAIR – R11-100148 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 22 year old male – Roderick SINCLAIR.   SINCLAIR frequents downtown and was last seen in the Osborne Village area. He has not been seen since October 15, 2011.       SINCLAIR is described as: Aboriginal, 5'7" tall, 130lbs, short black brush cut hair and brown eyes.
