If they are in cars, note their license plate numbers. Prevention Reporting To report accumulations of bulky waste on curbs or in back lanes, contact 311. The Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service has stepped up inspections on rooming houses and public buildings and is participating in prevention workshops and active patrols in the community.
