Winnipeg Police Service News Release:

Wednesday, April 18th, 2012     HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION - UPDATE                C12-66328 As previously released, on Thursday, April 12th, 2012 shortly after 11:30 p.m. Winnipeg Police Service members along with emergency services responders were dispatched to an incident at a hotel in the 1300 block of Notre Dame Avenue for the report of an injured male that has since succumbed to his injuries. The victim has been indentified as:                           Michael Charles PARKER, 33 years   Investigators are asking for the public's assistance in locating a potential witness to this incident.   A male had entered the hotel and made a purchase at the vendor during this time period. This individual may have witnessed an altercation between the victim and the accused.
