SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES C12-176500
On September 2, 2012, at approximately 2:20 p.m., members of the Winnipeg Police Service responded to the area of Burrows Avenue and Main Street.
 
As a result of the investigation, eastbound Burrows Avenue at Main Street remains closed to all traffic.
 
Members of the WPS Forensic Identification Section have been notified and are attending. 
 
The investigation is in its early stages and no further information will be provided today.
