Friday, June 7, 2013       SUSPICIOUS PERSON R13-38761 On June 4, 2013 at approximately 9:15 a.m., an unknown male was observed in the area of Brazier Street, between Poplar Avenue and McIntosh Avenue video recording children playing in the area.   The male made no contact with the children, however his behaviour was perceived as being suspicious in nature.   The male left the area in a pick-up truck after noticing a 10 year female had observed him.
