Friday, October 11, 2013       SUSPICIOUS MALE R13-73835 On October 9, 2013 at approximately 9:00 p.m., four young females (ages 4-12 years) were walking home in the area of the 1400 block of Elgin Avenue.   While in the area, the females observed an unknown male yell out to them. It was at this time the male chased the girls and grabbed at the four year-old female.
