Tuesday, November 5, 2013 MISSING PERSON – HEATHER  PITSANUK - R13-079029 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 16 year old female, Heather PITSANUK. PITSANUK was last seen in the Transcona area of Winnipeg on Saturday, November 2, 2013.  PITSANUK is described as: Caucasian, 5'6" tall with a thin build, shoulder length brown hair and brown eyes. PITSANUK was last seen wearing a black jacket, black sweater, black skinny jeans and carrying a pink purse. PITSANUK wears glasses and has a pierced lower lip.   Police are concerned for PITSANUK's well-being and are asking anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at (204) 986-6250.
