Thursday, February 27, 2014       THINK TWICE ON THIN ICE     Today, the Winnipeg Police Service, along with the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service, RCMP, Coalition for Safer Waters, Canadian Red Cross, University of Manitoba and CTV will be participating in a "Think Twice on Thin Ice" Public Service Announcement. The event will air tonight at 6:00 p.m. on CTV News Winnipeg.
