Thursday, April 3, 2014    HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION- UPDATE  C14-66174 As previously released, on April 1, 2014 shortly before 3:00 p.m. Winnipeg Police Service members were summoned to an apartment building within the 400 block of Elgin Avenue after a deceased male was discovered.    Upon arrival, officers located a deceased male within his suite.
