Wednesday, May 14, 2014   Missing Person Located Tyrus Mann has been safely located. The Winnipeg Police Service would like to thank members of the media and public for their assistance in this matter. Wednesday, May 8, 2014    Missing Person – Tyrus Mann   C14-71897 On April 25th, 2014 the Winnipeg Police Service requested the public's assistance in locating two missing males, 14-year-old, Tyrus MANN and 16-year-old, Ryan SINCLAIR.  SINCLAIR has since been located.   Investigators continue to request the public's assistance in locating MANN.
