Monday, October 31, 2016             Shots Fired Investigation - C16-227700     Property Damage - No Injuries Reported:     On October 30, 2016 at approximately 10:00 p.m., members of the Winnipeg Police Service, including Patrol members, the Tactical Support Team, Canine and Air1 responded to reports of shots fired inside a business located in the 700 block of William Avenue.     At this stage of the investigation, it appears multiple suspects confronted an unknown male victim while inside the lobby of a business. It is believed that at least one suspect was armed with a firearm during the encounter. After having brief contact with the suspects, the victim was observed to flee at which time a firearm discharge occurred.     No injuries have been reported at this time and all involved persons fled the area.     Officers have confirmed property damage due to the firearm discharge.
