Thursday, November 3, 2016                Aggravated Assault Arrest - C16-228714 On November 1, 2016, a group of individuals were gathered and socializing at a residence located in the 700 block of Dufferin Avenue. At approximately 7:30 a.m., an argument and eventual physically altercation erupted involving two males.  It's alleged that the suspect assaulted and stabbed a 34 year old male victim in the lower body causing a critical injury. The suspect fled, leaving the victim behind.     Members of the Winnipeg Police Service were notified and attended to find the injured male requiring urgent medical care. Attending officers provided emergency first aid until such time the victim was transported to hospital by WFPS in critical condition.     The victim was eventually upgraded to stable condition.     The investigation continued by members of the Major Crimes Unit.       Jordan OWEN, 22 years have been arrested and charged with the following:     Aggravated Assault Possession of a Weapon Fail to Comply with Conditions of a Recognizance     He was remanded into custody.         Child Sexual Abuse Imagery Arrest - R16-59565 In June 2016, an unidentified Winnipeg resident uploaded child sexual abuse imagery utilizing a web based chat room.
