Tuesday, May 1, 2018   Update: The Winnipeg Police Service is pleased to report Michal Vancura has been safely located and would like to thank the media and public for their assistance.   Missing Person – Michal Vancura: C18-87662   The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating Michal Vancura, a 54-year-old male. He was last seen during the morning of April 29, 2018, in the St. Norbert area of Winnipeg.     Michal is described as Caucasian in appearance and is 5'8" tall with a thin build.
