COMMUNITY NOTIFICATION
BACKGROUND Martin Louis PATRICK will be released from the Stony Mountain Institution on Friday, March 16, 2012, after serving a 1 year, 6 month sentence for breaching the conditions of his Long Term Supervision Order. He was statutorily released on November 15, 2011, with several conditions, including reporting all intimate relationships or friendships with women to his parole officer, and to not contact Jane SINCLAIR. On the day he was released, he spent most of the day with Ms. SINCLAIR and additionally was observed with another female and failed to report both to his parole officer. PATRICK is generally non-complaint with his medication for a mental disorder. PATRICK has never completed any sex offender treatment and has been consistently assessed as a high risk for sexual re-offence. All females are at risk. WANTED
Gabriel Joseph KOOSEES was statutorily released from the Stony Mountain Institution on Thursday, March 15, 2012; serving a 4 year, 4 month sentence for Sexual Assault. KOOSEES is a high risk sex offender who recently incurred an Assault Peace Officer charge after absconding on Stat Release where he assaulted a paramedic and a police officer who were transporting him to the local hospital. KOOSEES has a long standing history with substance abuse and his many breaches involve a relapse into alcohol use, however he has acted out violently when intoxicated and sober. KOOSEES has recently received a large Residential compensation settlement and has in excess of $400000. KOOSEES has never completed any sex offender treatment and has been consistently assessed as a HIGH RISK for sexual re-offence. All females are at risk. At present time, his whereabouts are unknown.
