Saturday, September 8, 2012     FIRE INVESTIGATION -  ROADWAY RE-OPENED C12-180696 As released earlier today - On Saturday, September 8, 2012 at approximately 2:55 a.m., emergency personnel responded to a working fire in the 500 block of Notre Dame Avenue.   Due to the fire, westbound Notre Dame Avenue from Balmoral Street to Langside Street was closed temporarily but now has been re-opened.   Spence Street between Cumberland Avenue and Notre Dame Avenue remain closed.   The Winnipeg Police Service thanks all motorists for their patience and cooperation.   For further information contact either: Patrol Sgt.
