MALE WANTED- SHOTS FIRED INVESTIGATION C14-43571
On March 1, 2014 shortly after 6:00 a.m. members of the Winnipeg Police Service responded for the report of a gun seen in the 1500 block of Alexander Avenue.
Attending officers, including Uniform and Tactical Support Team members arrived to find several people within the residence. The investigation revealed that one of the partygoers brandished a firearm during an unsuccessful attempt to rob another male. During the incident the firearm was discharged, after which the suspect fled. No injuries were incurred.
The continued investigation by Division 11 Crime Unit members has resulted in the suspect male being identified. As all attempts to locate this male have met with negative results, investigators are requesting the public's assistance in locating him.
Due to his alleged involvement, a warrant of arrest has been issued for Michael Tylor FLESS, 28 years of Winnipeg, for Robbery, Firearms related offences and Fail to comply with Probation Order.
FLESS is described as: 5'4" tall, 150 pounds with a medium build, fair complexion, short brown hair and blue eyes.
Members of the public should not approach FLESS as he is considered to be armed and dangerous.

2006 HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION ARREST R10-85439
As previously released, the Winnipeg Police Service Homicide Unit had arrested three males alleged to be responsible for the homicide of Steven PELLETIER, 29 years. The homicide occurred on or about October 4, 2006, outside a residence located within the 500 block of Magnus Avenue.
On March 11th, 2014, Homicide investigators arrested a fourth male wanted in connection with this incident.
As a result of his alleged involvement, Clayton CAMPEAU, 34 years of Winnipeg has been charged with W/A: Accessory After the Fact to Murder.
CAMPEAU was remanded back into custody.
MALE WANTED - HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION C14-14146
The Winnipeg Police Service is continuing to request the public's assistance in locating a male suspect wanted in connection with a homicide that occurred on January 19, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. in the 200 block of Andrews Street.
Officers located the victim, Justin DESMARAIS, 24 years old, deceased within the home. It is believed that the deceased was involved in an altercation within the residence.
A male suspect has been identified and a Canada-Wide Warrant for 2nd Degree has been obtained for Justin Atelard CATCHEWAY, 30 years-old.
CATCHEWAY is described as:Male, Aboriginal, 5'10" tall, 260 pounds, with a heavy build, short straight black hair, pock-marked skin, a thin moustache/goatee and a tattoo on the right-side of his neck.
Police believe that CATCHEWAY is an associate of the Manitoba Warriors Street gang. If he is observed, contact police immediately, he is not to be approached.
