Friday, November 18, 2016    UPDATE:  Missing Person Investigation – C16-240730 The Winnipeg Police Service had previously requested the public's assistance in locating 21-year-old, Zachary HUCALL, who was as last seen on November 16, 2016, at approximately 2:30 a.m., in the Charleswood area of Winnipeg. HUCALL has been located deceased, foul play not suspected.  The Winnipeg Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance.
