Friday, November 18, 2016 Graduation of Winnipeg Police Service Recruit Classes #159 & #159 Lateral The Winnipeg Police Service is pleased to announce the graduation of 33 police recruits from Recruit Class #159 and #159L. The graduation ceremony will be held today at 1:00 p.m. at the Minto Armoury, 969 St. Matthews Avenue.  Members of the public and the media are invited to attend. The recruit class consists of 6 females, 2 lateral entry Constables and 15 officers who were previously members of the Winnipeg Police Service Cadet Program.
