Tuesday, November 27, 2012 UPDATE:   Jasmine PASCAL has been safely located.   The Winnipeg Police Service would like to thank the public and members of the media for their assistance.   Friday, November 23, 2012   MISSING PERSON – Jasmine PASCAL – R12-120071   The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 14 year old female, Jasmine PASCAL.   PASCAL was last seen on November 15, 2012.     PASCAL is described as Aboriginal in appearance, 5'3, 125lbs, short straight brown hair with a shaved right side and blue/green eyes, was last seen wearing a black sweater and black pants.
