Thank-you for your assistance.   Friday, May 31, 2013   MISSING PERSON - JASMINE PASCAL R13-32490 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 15-year-old female, Jasmine PASCAL.   PASCAL was last seen on Monday, May 27, 2013, at approximately 12:00 p.m. in the Downtown area of Winnipeg.  Information has been received that PASCAL may have travelled west to Alberta.
