Thursday, June 6, 2013     GROW OPERATION – ARREST R13-37683 On June 4, 2013 at approximately 8:15 p.m., members of the Winnipeg Police Service Marihuana Grow Operation (MGO) Unit, with the assistance of the Tactical Support Team and Uniform Patrol, executed a Controlled Drug and Substance Act (CDSA) search warrant at a residence located in the 700 block of McLeod Avenue.   Upon execution, a male suspect was observed fleeing the home.
