Tuesday, October 29, 2013 UPDATE: MORRISETT has been safely located.  Thank you to members of the public and media for their assistance in this matter.   MISSING PERSON – DYLAN MORRISETT - R13-067698 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 14 year old male, Dylan MORRISETT. MORRISETT was last seen on the Fort Rouge area of Winnipeg on Friday, October 11, 2013.   MORRISETT is described as: Caucasian, 5'4" tall with a thin build, short brown hair and hazel eyes.
