COMMERCIAL ROBBERY – C14-29115
On February 9, 2014 at approximately 10:40 a.m. members of the Winnipeg Police Service received the report of a commercial robbery that had occurred in the 1100 block of Arlington Street.
 
Responding officers located a 59 year old male who had been assaulted in the upper body.  He was conveyed to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  It was learned that employee had been jumped by two unknown males who robbed him of an undisclosed amount of cash.
 
There are no suspect descriptions.
 
The investigation is continuing by members of the Major Crimes Unit. Anyone with information regarding this matter or the identity of the suspect(s) is asked to contact investigators at (204) 986-6219 or Crime Stoppers at (204) 786-TIPS (8477).
