COMMERCIAL  ROBBERIES                         C14-6599 & C14-7166
PUBLIC ASSISTANCE REQUESTED

In January 2013, the Winnipeg Police Service had released information regarding two commercial robberies. 
 
The first robbery occurred on January 10, 2014 shortly after 4:00 a.m. at a convenience store in the 1300 block of Main Street.  A lone male armed with a weapon had entered the store and immediately began demanding money.  The suspect proceeded to go behind the counter and take an undisclosed amount of cash and cigarettes.  The suspect then fled the store, followed by the clerk and customer; however he was able to make good his escape.
 
The second robbery occurred on January 10, 2014 at approximately 8:30 p.m., at a convenience store in the 300 block of Manitoba Avenue. During this incident two armed male suspects entered the store and confronted a female employee. Shortly after, a male employee was alerted and came to help the female. A brief struggle ensued and both suspects fled the store with an undisclosed amount of money.
 
No one was injured in either of the incidents. 

Investigators are requesting the public's assistance in identifying the following male suspect.
