Friday, September 26, 2014     MISSING PERSON – CHRIS ELWICK R14-69990 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating 32 year-old, Chris ELWICK. ELWICK was last seen in the East Elmwood area of Winnipeg on Tuesday, September 23, 2014.   ELWICK is described as a Caucasian male, 5'7" tall, approximately 190 lbs., medium/heavy build, short red hair, partial beard and blue eyes.
