Thursday, October 30, 2014   MISSING PERSON – THOMAS BARSTAD - R14-60115 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating the following 17-year-old male, Thomas BARSTAD. BARSTAD was last seen in the North end area of Winnipeg on Tuesday, October 21, 2014.   BARSTAD is described as: Caucasian, 6' tall, approximately 160 pounds with a thin build, short brown hair and brown eyes.
