Indecent Act – C14-223951
On October 19, 2014 at approximately 6:45 p.m., a 16 year-old female was walking in the area of Stacey Bay and Louelda Street when she observed a vehicle pull up beside her.
 
The victim noticed a lone male occupant within the vehicle who was exposing him-self while performing an indecent act. There was no conversation and the victim immediately left the area.
 
The suspect is described as:
 
Male
Caucasian
40 years-old
Short dark hair
Average build
 
The suspect vehicle is described as: 
 
Black, older model, four-door, possibly a Honda
 
The investigation is continuing by members of the East District Crime Unit. Anyone with additional information regarding this incident is asked investigators at 204-986-2857 or Crime Stoppers at 204-876-TIPS (8477).
 
 
Serious Motor Vehicle Collision – C14-228253
On October 25, 2014 at approximately 4:55 a.m., emergency personnel responded to the area of the 500 block of Banning Street regarding a serious motor vehicle collision.
 
The investigation has revealed that a silver/grey sedan was being driven erratically which resulted in a serious collision involving multiple parked vehicles. Due to the collision, two occupants sustained injuries and were transported from the scene. Both are in stable condition.
 
It was reported that a male had fled the scene however he was later located and taken into custody. Charges are pending.
 
Traffic Collision investigators remain on scene.
 
The investigation is on-going.
