Single Motor Vehicle Collision- C14-247299

On November 19, 2014, shortly after 4:50 a.m. a patrolling police unit came across a black car that appeared to have been involved in a collision with a hydro pole on the south side of Henderson Highway near Jamison Avenue.

Upon approaching the vehicle officers located the lone injured driver, still within the vehicle.

Paramedics were summoned.  The 20-year-old male driver was transported from the scene in critical condition and later upgraded to stable condition.

This investigation is continuing by East District Uniform members. Anyone who has any information regarding this collision or who may have observed this vehicle travelling in the area is asked to contact officers at (204) 986-2861.
 

Indecent Act- C14-246972
On November 18, 2014 at approximately 4:50 p.m. a 15-year-old female was walking westbound on Victoria Ave East near Naskapi Crescent when she observed an unknown male across the street walking in the same direction. The suspect then crossed the street and walked by the victim at which time she observed the suspect exposing himself.

The suspect turned around and was last seen walking eastbound on Victoria Avenue East. Police were notified.

The suspect is described: Male, late 20's to early 30's, 5'7" to 5'10" with a medium build and dark tanned skin. The suspect was wearing a black toque with a black scarf covering his face, blue skinny jeans, a red and black lumber-jacket and brown shoes.
 
This investigation is continuing by members of the East District Crime Unit. Anyone who has any information regarding the suspect is asked to contact investigators at (204) 986-2857 or Crime Stoppers (204) 786-TIPS (8477).
