Commercial Robbery – C14-253021
On November 26, 2014 at approximately 6:30 p.m. members of the Winnipeg Police Service were dispatched to the 1500 block of Logan Avenue for the report of a commercial robbery.
 
Officers learned that a male, with his identity concealed and armed with a weapon, had entered the store.  He demanded and received an undisclosed amount of cash after which he stole merchandise and then fled on foot.
 
No one was injured during the incident.
 
The suspect is described as: 18-20 years of age, 5'9"–6'1" tall with a skinny build.  He spoke in a high pitched tone.
 
The investigation is continuing by members of the Major Crimes Unit. Anyone with information regarding this matter or the identity of the suspect is asked to contact investigators at (204) 986-6219 or Crime Stoppers at (204) 786-TIPS (8477).
 
 
Commercial Robbery – C14-253136
On November 26, 2014 shortly before 9:30 p.m. the Winnipeg Police Service received the report of a commercial robbery that had occurred in the 1000 block of Notre Dame Avenue.
 
It was learned that a male, armed with a weapon, had entered the store.  He demanded money from the employee, however fled prior to obtaining any when a customer entered the store.  The suspect then attended to a second business within the same building and again demanded money.  The employee ran to an office where he observed the suspect to steal merchandise and then flee on foot.
 
No one was injured during the incident.
 
The suspect is described as: Caucasian, 20-40 years of age, 5'4"–5'6" tall with a slim to medium build.
 
The investigation is continuing by members of the Major Crimes Unit. Anyone with information regarding this matter or the identity of the suspect is asked to contact investigators at (204) 986-6219 or Crime Stoppers at (204) 786-TIPS (8477).
