Thank you for your assistance and support.     Tuesday, November 18, 2014   Missing Person- Alissa Rose VOETBERG- C14-245707 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 13-year-old female, Alissa VOETBERG.  VOETBERG was last seen in the downtown area of Winnipeg the evening of Sunday, November 16, 2014. VOETBERG is described as Caucasian, 5'4" tall, approximately 125 pounds, with medium length wavy brown hair, blue eyes. VOETBEG was last seen wearing a bright red sweater with the word "Blazin" on the front, a red & black toque, grey leggings, white socks, and black runners.  Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for her wellbeing.
