Missing Person – Lucy Manning – C14-260391
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 41-year-old female, Lucy MANNING. MANNING was last seen in the South Point Douglas area of Winnipeg on the morning of Thursday, December 4, 2014.
 
MANNING is described as Inuit, 4'9" tall, with a large build and shoulder length black hair worn in a bun.  She was last seen wearing a navy blue winter jacket and black sweatpants.

 

Investigators are concerned for MANNING's well-being. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
