Indecent Acts – C15-46275, C15-51534, C15-58757
Between March 6th and March 24th, 2015, multiple incidents involving a male suspect performing indecent acts while in the area of the 800/900 block of McPhillips Street have been reported.
 
The suspect has been observed exposing himself in public.
 
He is described as: male, Aboriginal in appearance, 20-30 years-old, 5'9" tall and medium build.
 
During these occasions, the suspect has been noted wearing the following items:
 
Blue track suit with the hood up
Blue track pants with white stripe on side
Dark running shoes
White t-shirt
Grey balaclava
Grey sweat pants
Black Bomber style jacket with fur on hood
 
The investigation is continuing by members of the Sex Crimes Unit. Anyone with additional information regarding these incidents or further details regarding the identity of the suspect is asked to contact investigators at 204-986-6245 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
