Thursday, March 26, 2015     Missing Person – Curtis HARPER – R15-22511 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 17-year-old male, Curtis HARPER.  HARPER was last seen on Tuesday, March 24, 2015, in the North End area of Winnipeg.   HARPER is described as: Aboriginal, 5'11" tall, approximately 130 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black "Puma" hoody, blue jeans and blue and orange Air Jordan shoes.
