Monday, May 25, 2015       MISSING PERSON - Wilfred James – C15-106280 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating an 83-year-old male, Wilfred JAMES. James was last seen in the area of 226 Pipeline Road during the early evening hours of Sunday, May 24, 2015.     Wilfred JAMES is described as a Black male, 83 years-old, 5'2" tall, 145 pounds, short cropped salt and pepper hair.
