Tuesday, May 26, 2015     UPDATE:  Starr Roxanne MCKAY has been safely located.   The Winnipeg Police Service would like to thank the public and members of the media for their assistance.       Monday, May 25, 2015     MISSING PERSON – STARR ROXANNE MCKAY R15-35235   The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 16 year old female, Starr Roxanne MCKAY. MCKAY was last seen in the Garden City area of Winnipeg on Saturday May 16, 2015.    MCKAY is described as an Aboriginal female, 5'1" tall, approximately 130 pounds, slim build, long straight brown hair with brown eyes.
