Tuesday, May 26, 2015           Fire Investigation – C15-106629 On May, 25, 2015 at approximately 9:30 a.m., emergency personnel responded to the report of a propane tank explosion and working fire at a business located in the 700 block of Archibald Street.   Officers responded and assisted members of the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service with re-directing traffic and securing the scene.   A 55 year-old male was located with numerous serious injuries as a result of the explosion. He remains in critical condition at this time.   At this stage of the investigation, it appears that the victim was inside a storage container at the time of the incident.
