Thursday, May 21, 2015     Wanted Male – Winston George THOMAS – R15-37796 The Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit (MIHRSOU), a joint forces unit of the Winnipeg Police Service and the RCMP, is requesting assistance from the Public in locating Winston George THOMAS, 38 years of age. Police are seeking to locate THOMAS, a designated High Risk Sex Offender, as he has outstanding warrants for failing to comply with Court Orders.
