Friday, June 26, 2015   MISSING PERSON – Jessie FAGNAN – R15-40639 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 17-year-old female, Jessie FAGNAN. FAGNAN was last seen in the Fort Richmond area on the evening of Friday, May 29th, 2015. FAGNAN is described as an Aboriginal female, 5'0" tall, 125 pounds with a thin build, long auburn hair, brown eyes and a pockmarked complexion. She was last seen wearing black shirt, black and white tights, and a black jacket. Information received that FAGNAN may be in the area of The Pas, Manitoba. The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned about FAGNAN's well-being and is asking anyone with any information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
