Friday, June 19, 2015     Missing Person – Madison Cochrane C15-124885 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating 13-year-old, Madison COCHRANE.COCHRANE was last seen in the North Kildonan area of Winnipeg on Monday, June 15, 2015 at approximately 11:00 p.m.   Cochrane is described as an Aboriginal female, 5'5" tall, approximately 150 pounds, medium build, with long dark brown hair and brown eyes.
