Tuesday, June 23, 2015       Missing Person - Clifford NABESS - C15-130647 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 40-year-old male, Clifford NABESS. NABESS was last seen in the downtown area of Winnipeg during the morning of Tuesday, June 23, 2015.   NABESS is described as: Aboriginal, 5'6" tall, 185 pounds, average build, short black hair, full goatee and brown eyes.
