Wednesday, July 29, 2015 Update:  Missing Person Sofia SOULIER has been safely located. The Winnipeg Police Service would like to thank the public and members of the media for their assistance. Thursday, July 23, 2015     Missing Person - Sofia SOULIER – C15-145656 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 16-year-old female, Sofia SOULIER.  She was last seen in the Downtown area on Tuesday, July 21st, 2015. SOULIERis described as an Aboriginal female, 5'2", 125 pounds, with a medium build, long reddish brown hair and brown eyes. There is no known clothing description for SOULIER at this time.
