Commercial Robbery Arrest – C15-203428
During the early morning hours of September 27, 2015, the Winnipeg Police Service received the report of several commercial robberies.  They include:

  • 1700 block of Plessis Road
  • 1000 block of McGregor Street
  • 2500 block of Main Street
  • 1800 block of Main Street
  • 400 block of Springfield Road
  • 1600 block of King Edward Street

On September 27th at approximately 1:00 p.m. the suspect was located and arrested by uniform members without incident.

Members of the Major Crime Unit continued with the investigation.  It was learned that the suspect was responsible for a further commercial robbery that had occurred on September 16th in the 1000 block of McGregor Street.

Zachary Leonard Gordon BROWN, 26 years of Winnipeg has been charged with the following for his alleged involvement:

  • Robbery x 7
  • Wear Disguise x 7
  • Fail to Comply Condition Recognizance x 7


He was detained in custody.
