Tuesday, October 6, 2015   Missing Person – Brian BUDZAN - C15-210455 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 44-year-old male, Brian BUDZAN.  BUDZAN was last seen on the evening of Monday, October 5, 2015, in the West Wolseley area of Winnipeg.
