The Winnipeg Police Service would like to thank members of the media and public for their assistance in this matter. Thursday, October 15, 2015 Missing Person- Hailey BITTERN - C15-207165 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 16-year-old female, Hailey BITTERN.  BITTERN was last seen in the North End of the city on October 8, 2015. BITTERN is described as an Aboriginal female, 5'8" tall, 165 pounds with long brown hair and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing a red sweatshirt and dark pants. The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for BITTERN's well-being.   Anyone with any information regarding her whereabouts is asked to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
