Motor Vehicle Collision – Public Assistance Requested – C15-241340
On November 16, 2015 at approximately 9:30 a.m., emergency personnel responded to the area of the 300 block of Portage Avenue regarding a motor vehicle collision involving a female pedestrian.
   
At this time, the investigation has revealed that a 75-year-old female was struck by a white Ford Cargo Van travelling eastbound on Portage Avenue in the median lane. The pedestrian was crossing Portage Avenue at Donald Street in a southbound direction when the collision occurred. 
   
The victim was transported from the scene in unstable condition.  Members of the Central Traffic Unit continue to investigate.
