Tuesday, November 10, 2015   Missing Person – Michael James BORGER – C15-236685 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 28 year-old male, Michael James BORGER.  He was last seen on November 9th, 2015 in the St. Vital area of Winnipeg.  It is possible he may be heading to either the Calgary, Alberta area or Whiteshell area of Manitoba. BORGER is described as Caucasian, 5'9" tall; thin build with hazel eyes, glasses and short dirty blonde hair, unshaven.
