Missing Person – Frank Louie TOEWS - C16-24030
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating 20-year-old, Frank Louie TOEWS. TOEWS was last heard from on Thursday, February 4th, 2016 and is known to frequent the downtown area. 
TOEWS is described as an Aboriginal male, 5'8" tall, slim build, dirty blonde hair, partial beard and brown eyes. TOEWS may be wearing a red or black baseball cap, a long black trench coat, black shirt and black pants. 
The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for TOEWS' well-being and is requesting anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
