March 20, 201 Male Wanted – Martin Louis PATRICK R16-21883 The Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit (MIHRSOU), which consists of both RCMP and WPS Members, is requesting assistance from the Public in locating 33 year-old Martin Louis PATRICK, who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching his release conditions.  PATRICK is designated as a High Risk Sex Offender. PATRICK did not return to his approved residence and is currently unlawfully at large. PATRICK is described as an Aboriginal male, 5'6", 217 lbs, black hair and brown eyes.
