Thursday, March 24, 2016   Missing Person – Joshua TOD – C16-58717 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 10-year-old male, Joshua TOD. TOD was last seen in the North End area of Winnipeg on Wednesday, March 23rd, 2016. TOD is described asan Aboriginal male, 4'9" tall, 65 pounds, thin build, black hair and brown eyes.
